The following weather enquiry uses the same routines as the AviatorCalc online weather program in the mobile phone. The data is obtained from the NOAA web site.

To use the program first enter the ICAO code for the airport that you are interested in. Select actual weather (METAR), Terminal Area Forecast (TAF) or translated weather text. The last option simply decodes the ICAO code. Try the ICAO code EHAM (Schiphol, Amsterdam) as an example.

Use the back button on the left or in your browser to return to the weather form below after completing your weather enquiry.

You can find out the meaning of decodes for both Aerodrome actual weather (METAR) and Aerodrome forecast (TAF) by clicking on METAR decode or TAF decode in the left hand menu.

The screenshot on the left taken from a mobile phone simulator running AviatorCalc shows an example for Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM).
