 The
following weather enquiry uses the same routines as the
AviatorCalc online weather program in the mobile phone. The
data is obtained from the
NOAA web site.
To use the program first enter the ICAO
code for the airport that you are interested in. Select
actual weather (METAR), Terminal Area Forecast (TAF) or
translated weather text. The last option simply decodes the
ICAO code. Try the ICAO code EHAM (Schiphol, Amsterdam) as an example.
