Wish to claim a refund?

We sincerely hope that you will be highly satisfied with our product. However should you wish to request a refund there needs to be an exceptional reason for this such as an unauthorized transaction on your credit card account. We highly recommend that you first download the software for the trial periond to make sure that the software will run in your mobile device. We also provide every information on the product such as user manual and screenshots so that you can decide if it is suitable for your purposes before purchasing.

Before claiming a refund

Before claiming a refund please contact pilot@aviatorcalc.com clearly explaining the nature of the problem you have experienced. If it is simply a technical issue or a CD ROM with the software didn't arrive then we will make every effort to correct the problem before considering a refund.

PayPal Arbitration service

If we later find that we are unable to agree to a refund then we make use of the the independent PayPal arbitration service. This normally has to be done within two months of the purchase.

When you pay with PayPal, you gain access to a forum for dispute resolution called the Resolution Center. Through it, you can file a claim against:

  • A physical good that you paid for but never received.
  • A physical good you purchased that is significantly different than what was described in the listing.

Dispute Resolution specialists gather information about your transaction and help you resolve the issue. Throughout the process, you’ll be advised of your claim’s status via email from PayPal and on your Account Overview page.

For further information please visit the PayPal site.
